About Michael: Michael became the second attorney in his family, after following in the footsteps of his hero, his older brother, Donny. He completed his undergraduate degree at Northeastern University with a bachelor’s in business administration in 1985, and earned his juris doctor from the University of Bridgeport Law School in 1990. After a brief stint working under a mentor with another practice, Michael ventured out on his own, opening the Law Firm of McGetrick and Associates in 1991… and the rest, as they say, is history. Michael is an avid golfer, boxer and mixed martial artist. He recently earned his black belt in Hawaiian Kemp from Chuck Liddell's famed coach, "Pit Master" John Hackleman and former UFC champion, Glover Teixeira.
